About the event

Sip & See is an Open House event that is open to everyone, it will cover four Open Homes in Columbia Lakes, West Columbia. This is an event where you can have a drink, a bite to eat, and tour four of our Move-In Ready Homes. Each home will be hosted by our amazing Sales Counselor Star with every home having a unique twist. Inside every home you will be able to enjoy a red or white wine with a lunch item, and a gift card drawing for every home. Along with this, three of the homes will have a team from our lending partners to answer any questions you might about a new home.
