We are seeking dynamic, independent, and motivated **New Home Sales Consultants** to join our teams in Dayton, West Columbia, Bay City, & Willis. This exciting and rewarding role offers significant earning potential, with opportunities to exceed **$200k annually**!

**What You’ll Do:**
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales success by:
- Selling homes in line with company policies.
- Building and maintaining strong customer and realtor relationships.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our subdivisions, floor plans, and options.
- Ensuring model homes are clean and presentable.
- Assisting buyers in choosing home sites, plans, and upgrades.
- Participating in sales meetings and completing assigned tasks.
- Preforming community specific marketing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Showcasing homes and their features.
- Qualifying and documenting prospective buyers.
- Engaging in marketing and prospecting activities.
- Scheduling appointments and presenting design options.
- Guiding clients through financing and the construction process.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in new home builder sales.
- Strong sales skills and multi-step sales process management.
- Proficiency in marketing, prospecting, Excel, Word, and learning new software.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and ability to work weekends.
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Pay:** $150,000 - $400,000/year (commission-based-only)

**What You’ll Do**
As a Builder / Superintendent, you’ll play a vital role in driving our construction success by:

Managing the daily operations of building a Kendall Home from dirt to completion.

Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with our sales team, trade partners, vendors, and homebuyers.

Developing an in-depth knowledge of our floor plans, blueprints, and building codes.

Ensuring all job sites are clean, safe, and secure at all times.

Assisting buyers by leading informative and professional homeowner walk-throughs, orientations, and buyer meetings.

Build spec homes and build jobs.

Participating in construction meetings and completing all assigned field reporting tasks.

Ensuring every home meets Kendall Homes’ high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Ability to operate independently and problem solve while building homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling, overseeing, and managing all trade partners, material deliveries, and physical construction.

Ensuring all construction stays on schedule to meet projected closing dates.

Enforcing strict adherence to quality control.

Conducting thorough inspections at various stages of construction.
-
Managing construction budgets, on boarding new trades, and minimizing variances.

Communicating effectively with the New Home Sales Consultants to keep them updated on construction progress.

Managing warranty items on your completed homes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential home builder, superintendent, or project manager.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and construction documents.

Knowledge on building a home from dirt to finished product.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new construction scheduling software.

Valid driver’s license, reliable truck/vehicle, and willingness to commute to your community.

Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Program (Based on home completions and customer satisfaction)
