Our new construction homes are second to none. We have installed quality check points in every home we build to ensure the highest quality standards from the foundation to the frame to the finished product.
We begin with a soil test on the land so our engineers can design a solid foundation that will support the house we build upon it. Your home is only as good as your foundation. This is where it all starts. We have a third party inspector present during the pouring process to ensure a quality pour. At the frame stage we have a third party inspector walk through the frame to verify all of the framing and major mechanical installations before covering it up with sheetrock. When the home is finished we repeat the process again to verify all of the items are installed correctly. We also have our own internal inspections performed throughout the building process to ensure that every home is built to the highest possible quality standards.
Buyer Walk-thrus for New Construction Homes
Kendall Homes encourages our buyers to inspect and walk through their home as many times as they would like. If you would like to hire your own inspector to walk through your home during the construction process or right before closing we would encourage you to do so. Please coordinate that before your walk-through.
