Position: New Home Sales Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
A New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for selling and qualifying a buyer prior to the writing of a contract in the onsite designated community. They are responsible for handling customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction during the construction and closing process. A New Home Sales Consultant is to generate leads, follow up on provided leads, and maintain a good relationship with real estate agents and potential customers.
Job Requirements:
A New Home Sales Consultant is required to have a 4 year college/university degree or a minimum of 3-5 years experience in commissioned new homes sales environment. A New Homes Sales Consultant needs to be able to qualify a buyer, guide and influence the buyer through the new home sales and closing process. Computer skills are necessary.
