Position: Construction Superintendent

Job Responsibilities:
Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the safe construction of homes in a timely manner and to manage the construction of homes within budget. The superintendent orders building materials and manages the inventory for the homes. The superintendent is responsible for overseeing subcontractors and scheduling inspections of homes. Upon completion of the home the Superintendent is responsible for completing a buyer’s walk with the future home owner. After completion of homes the superintendent maintains the homes and is responsible for quality control and provides superior customer service after the home buyer moves in.

Job Requirements:
Superintendent is required to have excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills. A 4-year college/university degree is required along with two years building experience.
